APPLICATION PROCEDURE AND CHECK LIST

Please consult the following procedures (where applicable) in order to ensure a complete submission.

If applying for credit from your home institution, consult with the study abroad department (or equivalent) for details regarding deadlines and general enrollment procedure.
Complete T&E application form bellow.
Upon completion of this online form you will be prompted to make an online payment of the required non-refundable application fee of $700. If you do not have a credit card you can still submit the application without a payment however in order to be confirmed we must receive a payment within a week of completion of your online application. You can make a payment later via our website at www.travelandeducation.org and selecting "online payment" under the APPLY tab or send a check or money order made out to Travel & Education to 1055 Mill Creek Drive, Feasterville-Trevose, PA 19053. Please reference the applicants name on the memo line for proper allocation of funds.
PASSPORTS are necessary for travel outside of the US. If you do not currently hold a passport please put "in process" in the corresponding field. You will then need to apply for a passport at least 2 months prior to your program start date.
PLEASE READ IMPORTANT GUIDELINES ON BOOKING FLIGHTS. IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THOSE GUIDELINES YOU MAY BE SUBJECTED TO LOGISTICAL DIFFICULTIES AND ADDITIONAL FEES.
The Terms & Conditions will be emailed to you upon completion of the online application.

If you are a foreign national holding a foreign passport you may be required to provide additional documentation to travel to the country you have chosen for your program.

Although T&E offers informational support, it will be the sole responsibility of the participant to determine what documents are needed and to obtain those documents prior to departure.

ATTENTION: If your passport specifies (or will specify) a middle name, you must include that middle name on this application. If you do not have a middle or a middle name will not appear on your passport or travel documents you can continue with your application at this time.

ATTENTION: T&E will ask you to take a short placement test to determine your language proficiency for placement purposes. Until then we ask that you provide a self-assessed level to help with advanced planning in current language level in this application. Your placement test results will override this response given the test is taken when requested and in a timely manner. Look out for the placement one month prior to your program start day.
